The goal of this training is to perform a sprint. This workout will be oriented on a work of the upper body. Use a charge that allows you to do all 21 reps at one time. If 21 pull ups are not done UNBROKEN, reduce your amount of reps to 12.
Movements: Run, DB Push Press, Pull Up
