The goal of this training is to practice a format that we have already done on June 13th with Hang Clean & Jerk.
Today we will practice the Devil Press, the load will be heavier so adapt to be able to do between 3 and 5 reps.
The 30 ” / 30 ” format improves your resistance but also your strength through the load used.
