The goal of this training is to share the reps with a partner. Use a load that allows you to do 5 UNBROKEN repetitions.
Take advantage of this WOD to improve your rebound on each box jump.
Keep a steady pace for 25 minutes.
Movements: Devil Press, Box Jump, Run
