The goal of this training is to work on the Push Jerk during the whole session.
This WOD will be in two parts, at the beginning of the session, we will try to lift heavy during the Emom and concentrate on the jump before the “press”.
Then in AMRAP, your goal will be to stay constant for 10 minutes.
Adjust the load to make the 10 reps UNBROKEN.
Keep a steady pace on Burpees.
