Second WOD of Week 1 of the Online Qualifier of the CrossFit French Throwdown 2019.
This training is a triplet where the goal will be to remain constant during the 13 minutes. The charge must allow you to go fast on Cleans and Lunges. On Double Unders, do small sets (40 to 60) to maintain a constant pace.
Movements: DB Clean, Front Rack Lunges, Double Under
