First WOD of the Week 1 of the Online Qualifiers of CrossFit French Throwdown 2019.
This is a classic couplet of CrossFit. You must perform the repetitions as quickly as possible by dividing them as you want. Favor the format 21-15-9 in order to finish this wod in a time target of 4 minutes.
