WOD 1 of the French Throwdown 2016 qualifiers.
The goal of this training is to perform a couplet with a movement of gymnastics and one of weightlifting.
This workout challenged the athletes on the grip strength, and also on metabolic conditioning.
Adjust the load to allow you to keep moving with a minimum of break.
If you do not have a bar, practice this training with a DB by doubling the repetitions of Snatch.
