The goal of this training is to lift heavy: Start your first set of 5 reps @75% of your 1 RM. Then increase the load on each set. The Power Clean is one of the best exercise to improve power and core strength in an “explosive” manner.
At the end of the session we will practice a new movement: The Scale . This exercise will improve your proprioception and your balance but also you core strength and posterior chain.
