The workout is the 4th of the Open 2019. Between the first and second part you’ll have 3 minutes of recovery. So go as fast as possible on the first 3 rounds and choose a load to perform 10 Snatches UNBROKEN. For the second part, keep a steady pace on the burpees and find an option that will challenge you for the Bar Muscle Up.
