« Tabata » is an interval workout: the athlete works during 20 seconds and rests on 10 seconds for 8 sets.
The goal is to increase your metabolic conditioning and stamina during short and intense effort and keep it steady for 4 minutes.
You’ll also have movements on the upper body to increase your strength.
Movements: Air Squat, Burpees, Dumbbell Rowing, Ring Dips
