The goal of this training is to remain constant during the 5 minutes. Unlike a classic Amrap, start faster because you will only have 5 minutes. Use the 90 ” of rest and then repeat this Amrap 2 times.Aim between 3 and 4 rounds by Amrap.
Movements: Wall Climb, Burpee, DB Snatch
