The goal of this training is to perform an Emom. You will have an effort of about 30-40 ” on each minute with 20 ” of rest.Keep the same pace on each round.On the Ring Dip, concentrate on a perfect mechanic, adjust the amount of reps if needed.
Movements: Hang Clean/Jerk, Ring Dip
