Classic Benchemark. The goal of this training is to perform a long interval, 3 ‘ of work for 3’ of recovery, on simple gym movements. Use options that allow you to move fast. Decrease the amount of repetitions if necessary.
Movements: Pull Up, Push Up, Sit Up, Air Squat
