Workout from CrossFit Laval:
Use a charge that allows you to do Lunges UNBROKEN.
The combination between T2B and lunges will challenge your hip flexors.
Perform big sets of T2B and concentrate on Kipping by keeping your legs extended.
Movements: Front Rack Lunges, Toes To Bar
