The goal of this training is to perform a sprint.
The pace on the 400 m must be high, focus on the relaxation of the shoulders during the race.
Use a charge that allows you to perform the 21 reps UNBROKEN on the 3 rounds.
Movements: Run, Double DB Snatch, Burpee
