THE TECHNICAL WORKOUTS
This workout will allow you to spend time working on your flexibility through different type of stretches, movements and exercices.
This workout is dedicated to improving your strength and technic in basic and more complex movements that we can do such as the olympic weightlifting movements, the snatch and the clean and jerk.
This workout is dedicated to make you work on how you control your body in space. You will practice basic movements but also more complex movements such as handstand walking or ring muscle ups for example.
Conditioning or Outdoor Conditioning This workout is dedicated to working on your conditioning. With a shorter warm up, you will work on what we often call “cardio” in order to improve your cardio vascular and respiratory endurance but also your stamina.
This workout is based on running interval workouts. Depending on the session, you will work on either speed or pacing. This work will be very beneficial and you will feel the benefits in the general programming of the box.
We have a few yoga sessions per week given by Eugénie. This is a yoga that is adapted to the practice of CrossFit and is an excellent additional work.
